MetaMatch began with Charlotte Tucker’s belief that recruiting should be personal: take time to understand people, recognize their potential, and connect them with opportunities where they can thrive.


That belief is rooted in lessons learned growing up in rural Georgia—care for others, remember who you are, and never compromise your values for a dollar. 


Those principles continue to shape how we listen, advise, and build relationships.
